At SPETSI, every piece is created with intention, and we want the experience of receiving and wearing it to reflect the same standard.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Exchanges
We want every SPETSI piece to feel right.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to SPETSI. Once the item has been received, inspected, and approved, SPETSI will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges are subject to product, color, and size availability.
Because SPETSI Atelier pieces are produced in exceptionally limited quantities, an identical replacement or alternate size may not always be available. When this occurs, we will work with you personally to determine the available options.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every SPETSI garment is expected to arrive in exceptional condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. SPETSI will cover the necessary shipping costs and work with you to make it right.
A Note on SPETSI Atelier
Atelier releases are intentionally produced in very small quantities. This rarity means replacements and exchanges may be limited once a release sells through.
We encourage you to review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you have questions before purchasing an Atelier piece, please contact us—we would rather help you select the right piece before it leaves our hands.
